About the role
An open opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a Non-For-Profit organisation who really make a difference to the lives of their customers and you will gain experience right in the heart of the organisation. This will initially be on a contract basis (Approx 2-3 months) however due to the size of the organisation there is a strong chance for extension and career progression in other areas.

Key responsibilities:
- Communication with external contractors, customers & main facilities staff by email & phone
- Upload work order processing through Microsoft Great Plains
- Administration for Fleet Team
- Assisting with some invoice processing
- Uploading & processing insurance claims
- Upload job site attendance data daily (around 30-40 per day)
- Responds to request for information and reports within the required timeframe 
- Receives, logs, and responds to service requests and enquiries

The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and interest in the not-for-profit industry
- Strong relationship management skills
- Previous exposure to a customer service or site administration environment
