What You'll Be Doing
- Processing customer orders accurately in SAP
- Managing returns, credits, and invoicing
- Handling customer enquiries and providing product information
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Supporting internal teams, including Sales and Product Specialists
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- Prior office based experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- 3-month temp role with strong potential to extend
- On-site role in Port Melbourne with parking available
- Collaborative, medium-sized team environment
