We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our client on a 12-month temporary assignment, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance, with flexibility on which 3 days you work each week, while still being part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This is not a traditional call Centre role, you'll be supporting dental professionals across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on order processing and returns.

About the Role

This role has a strong administrative focus, combining customer service with accurate order management. You'll handle a high volume of calls and emails and work across a wide product range, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately in SAP
  • Manage returns, credits, and invoicing
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Support internal teams including Sales and Product Specialists
  • Assist with faulty product claims and consignment stock

  • Prior experience within customer service, B2B advantageous 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and polite phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take notes and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
