About the Role
This role has a strong administrative focus, combining customer service with accurate order management. You'll handle a high volume of calls and emails and work across a wide product range, so adaptability and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately in SAP
- Manage returns, credits, and invoicing
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Support internal teams including Sales and Product Specialists
- Assist with faulty product claims and consignment stock
- Prior experience within customer service, B2B advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polite phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take notes and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
