Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has risen for a Customer Service & Accounts Administrator to join the broader accounts team on a contract basis until the end of 2021 with view for permanency. This opportunity would suit a dynamic and motivated individual eager to gain new skills and develop their knowledge in accounts.
Position Description
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Handling phone queries
- Liaising with customers and clients over the phone
- Issue invoices and reconciliations of accounts
- Following up clients for outstanding debt
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide assistance to the finance team
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts, Administration or Customer Service role would be highly desirable
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key customers
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

- Remuneration package dependent on experience (circa $50,000 - $60,000)
