About the role 

Sharp & Carter are currently looking for experienced Administration & Customer Service Officers to work in a varied and exciting role, you will be providing excellent support and working closely with a fun, friendly and engaged team.
The business has been growing year on year. As a result of this, we require highly adept customer service & admin professionals that will be able to hit the ground running.

  • Liaise with customers and provide help with their enquiries
  • Provide quotes, ETAs and various reports to customers
  • Responding to emails 
  • Recording all communications with clients; liaising with other departments as required
  • Data entry into an in-house information management system
  • Assisting the team as needed
Skills & Experience                    
  • Outstanding people skills with a flair for customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Be a team player and work well with people
