About the role:

Are you an enthusiastic person who enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders?! This is a varied and dynamic role that focuses on customer service and transport administration.
You will report directly to the customer service manager and will be part of a fun and energetic team based in Dandenong South. 

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your role will be varied will include:
  • General logistics and administration duties
  • Produce and distribute run sheets
  • Book, monitor and track transportation activities
  • Assist in scheduling of a daily tautliner run
  • Communicate with drivers, operators, and other stakeholders to provide necessary instructions and resolve any issues or delays
  • Respond to all incoming customer calls
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining driver runs and customer bookings
  • Providing support to other team members and attending to customer queries
  • Be well presented & be able to work within a team.
  • High level of customer service is a must
Skills / Experience:

Having worked at least one year in an Administration / Data Entry role, you will have the below skill set:
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software’s
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must!
  • Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to work within a high-volume environment
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
About the business:

A true leader within their field and ‘essential service’, our client has been thriving the past few years. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking a Customer Service Agent to come on board and join their growing business. This is a permanent position and requires someone who is comfortable handling any customer queries as well as providing extensive data entry support including running reports. This role is expected to start immediately with interviews being conducted straight away.
