Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their market leading Australian success story based within the label industry. Based in Castle Hill, this industry leader has had significant growth and are now looking to add to their stable customer service team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a natural team player who presents from from the label industry and will be looking for a part time position offering a 15 hour working week.
The Role
- Answering all phone calls and emails with a professional and prompt attitude
- Data entry of orders received by both email and phone
- Follow up label packs sent to prospective clients
- Recommend label products with a high attention to detail
- Resolution of conflicts, following up and investigating as needed
- Provide back up administration support as required across the business
- Stable and proven experience working as a Customer Service Officer
- Experience working within the label industry
- Experience order taking and following up issues
- Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- High attention to detail and passion for customer service
