As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the data records. Your primary responsibility is to input various types of data into our systems with speed and precision, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established protocols. This role will be Monday to Friday 10am-4pm and 5 days from the office.
- Input data accurately from various sources into the company's database or designated software.
- Verify and correct discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Review and cross-check data for errors, making necessary corrections.
- Create and update data files, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Perform general filing tasks when necessary.
- Provide exceptional support to the team and perform other reasonable duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
