The Role This role sits within a friendly and fast-paced front office team and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being the first point of contact.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Data entry and administrative support
  • Preparing and processing invoices
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with reporting and documentation
  • Providing ad hoc support to the wider team
