- Take full ownership of allocated jobs ensuring all design works are accurate and inline with expectations
- Attend and actively participate in all client design meetings as required
- Create an accurate concept design ensuring all client, construction and Rescode requirements are met
- Liaise with engineers to obtain preliminary footing design within required timeframes
- Assist the construction, administration, drafting and estimating teams in relation to design queries when required
- Revit Software is used within the business and proficient use is a must
- Proficiency with Revit software
- 2 + years experience in a similar design role
- Strong construction knowledge
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- High level Rescode knowledge
