Our client have offices across 4 states and are expanding their development capabilities in Melbourne. 

They are seeking to onboard a motivated and driven professional to work closely with their Construction team and CEO to create new boutique development opportunities.

This role will suit someone with strong commercial acumen and numerical skills in order to conduct feasibility studies on proposed developments. Our clients have numerous acquisition opportunities presented to them in the booming house and land sector and this role will allow a driven individual the chance to develop their front end development skills. 

This role would suit those coming form a development advisory, acquisitions, residential analysis background or perhaps you are currently a valuer wanting to transition into a development role.  Is is imperative that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a proactive and hungry attitude.
