Our Client
Our client is a privately held Development Group with a 20+ year track record in the development of townhouse developments in Victoria.  Their developments are typically infill sites of between 30 - 100 townhouses per development. With continued growth in their development pipeline, this group are looking to recruit a hands on Development Manager who can run and drive multiple developments autonomously. 


The Role
Reporting to the Director/Owner of the business, you will be responsible for the day to day management of multiple townhouse developments from site acquisition through to completion. Your role will focus on design and consultant management, planning and authority approvals, sales & marketing and financial reporting. You will have the support of a Project Manager during the construction delivery phase. 

 
About You
We are looking for a development professional with a solid track record in residential development from feasibility through to completion. Ideally you have experience in townhouse developments, although medium density apartments will be highly regarded too. It is expected that you will be capable of leading and driving multiple developments at one time.
