About the role
As the lead of the ANZ Digital Experience team, you are responsible for optimising acquisition and engagement growth across our digital platforms and app. Working with the global engineering team, you will lead major digital projects, upgrades and innovation to drive business growth.
Reporting to the CMO, you will create strategies to maintain and optimise our key digital properties including user and guest sites across web and app in two markets.
What you will do day to day
- Own the customer journey, especially for users/potential users and devise an ever-improving customer experience
- Manage a small team that lives and breathes our digital experience and optimised conversion performance
- Lead Digital Production including wire-framing and prototyping and manage the global release schedule & work with the international product and project teams to define local requirements
- Improve conversion and create a plan across product and category pages, campaign landing pages, application forms, checkout, navigation, content, and personalisation to continuously improve the digital experience
- Create the AB test roadmap, implementing best-practices, customer insights, and using website data to execute targeted strategies
- Provide regular reporting and analysis and use insights to support recommendations with a test and learn methodology
- A strong digital background with 5-10 years of experience, ideally working on a transactional B2C website/ecommerce site/app
- Strong technical expertise coupled with a curious and innovative mindset will see you as comfortable updating the CMS as proposing a business case for a new feature or add-on to global engineering
- Exceptional data and analysis skills - analysing site performance, devising tests to optimise conversion or engagement and reporting on customer journey metrics to the broader business
- Experience in product planning and road mapping along with the creation of product deliverables
- Extensive experience with Content Management Systems
