About the Role

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and ongoing management of growth strategies across all digital channels to increase our clients usage and commercial performance, growing their market and awareness in Australia and New Zealand. 

Key responsibilities

  • Ownership of all digital marketing activities across SEO, paid media, affiliate marketing, social media and content marketing
  • Specifically responsible for traffic and engagement KPIs in order to maximise traffic, revenue and profit
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with marketing, creative, retail and digital teams to build & execute customer centric digital campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar
  • Produce and maintain a digital marketing calendar with clear KPIs and ensure this is communicated with the wider business
  • Management of paid media strategy in order to target our key audiences in collaboration with digital agency
  • Assess the performance of paid media campaigns and collaborate with the agency on ongoing improvements to ROAS and highlighting any KPI inefficiencies
  • Identify and execute a strategy for organic traffic growth opportunities Ensuring website copy, meta data and other key SEO elements are optimised to achieve optimal organic visibility
  • Management of affiliate marketing agency to ensure campaigns are streamlined and communications of our audiences are relevant to the product planning strategy

Who we're seeking:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience of working within a similar role within a retail organisation
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics
  • Data and analytics are in your DNA and you bring insights to life through your search campaigns, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid social planning
  • Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for digital
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment
