The Position – Director Project Management
Reporting to the COO, you will lead the internal project management function to provide project delivery services to the Development Management and Asset Management divisions of Salta Properties. Working in a highly collaborative environment across all asset classes, you will manage and mentor a team of project managers to ensure time, cost and quality parameters are achieved. With exposure to the full development lifecycle your team will provide expert advice in design/consultant management, the tender process and selecting an external contractor, cost management, programming and delivery. You will ensure the project management division has set systems and processes throughout the entire project life cycle.
About You
We are looking for a senior project management professional with a proven track record leading teams to deliver built form construction projects. It is anticipated you will have the following skillset/experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or another related discipline in the industry.
- Proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director for a Builder, Developer or Project Management Consultancy.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
