My client are after a Display manager to manage the layout and design of up to 15 display homes per year.
The Display Manager will work closely with the GM Marketing and be responsible for;
- All activities associated with Display Home Planning and delivering display homes to a satisfactory standard.
- Detailing and executing the detail associated with Display Home specification (including interiors, exteriors, etc).
- Facilitate the successful sale of all Display Homes. Support and guide team members to determine costs, provide information pertaining to sales packs and assist the business with contract or leaseback items as required.
- Display Home theme and fit out to be presented and delivered to a satisfactory standard.
- Interior design qualification
- High level of energy and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to lead, directly or indirectly to achieve business objective
- Team play, brings a ‘can do attitude’ and is well organised
