Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong eCommerce candidate looking to make a real impact with a well loved and respected global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Manage day-to-day performance and functionality of the website, including main point of contact with IT and dev agency on resolving issues across the website and related tech platforms.
- Trading and Merchandising: Manage product merchandising, promotions and initiatives to deliver commercial business outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead the rolling out of key projects impacting the websites.
- CRO: Manage the CRO program together with agency partners across insights and testing to continuously improve the UX and ultimately drive increased CVR.
- Performance Marketing: Manage the affiliate marketing program with agency partners to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- CRM: Manage and execute the CRM strategy with the goal to build customer segments, manage data for use across media channels and personalisation experience across our digital channels.
- Email Marketing and Automation (including LCM): Design, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns and automations to drive customer retention.
- Reporting: Produce reports and analyse website performance metrics, performance marketing, email marketing and CRM activities, identifying opportunities, trends and areas for optimisation to drive business performance.
- Finance: Processing of vendor invoices
- 4+ years' previous experience in an eCommerce role, most favourably within a Retail or Consumer Appliances environment.
- Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data.
- Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value.
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
