Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with New Balance in their search for a eCommerce Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Head of eCommerece, this role will have responsibility for the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the eCommerce and Brand Marketing teams, build on the eCommerce and digital marketing strategic plans in line with overall global business goals
  • Identify content gaps from Global asset provision, identify and brief opportunities as needed to execute on product strategy in partnership with Head of eCommerce, Brand Marketing and Product teams
  • Partner closely with internal teams and agency to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive eCommerce revenue
  • Maintain the eCommerce Marketing calendar
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional partner on key product focus, content plans and date changes
  • In collaboration with Marketing and eCommerce teams, ensure accurate and timely execution of weekly campaigns, as planned, across all digital platforms (EDM, Social, Paid), to achieve commercial outcomes and a seamless customer experience
  • Briefing agency partner on campaigns and creative needs for execution
  • Continuously improve performance through test and learn functions, data analysis and applied learnings from weekly trade updates
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROAS and CPA targets; drawing clear actionable insights from analysis
  • Identify trends, create insights and optimize spend and performance in partnership with our agency based off these findings
  • Analyze consumer patterns and performance to understand the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign
  Key Skills Required
  • Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role, most favourably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results;
  • Solid understanding of metrics, analytics and data;
  • Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way;
  • Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes.
