About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this is a rare opportunity to join a progressive organisation where you will have a large influence on developing and implementing digital initiatives to support the growth of this organisation.

Responsibilities 
  • In collaboration with the eCommerce & Brand Marketing teams, build on the eCommerce and Digital Marketing strategic plans in line with overall global business goals.
  • Identify content gaps from Global asset provision, identify & brief opportunities as needed to execute on product strategy in partnership with Head of eCommerce, Brand Marketing & Product teams.
  • Integrate a combination of relationship marketing activities that drive long-term engagement through lead generation, demand capture and pipeline acceleration
  • Oversee planning & execution of all SEO and SEM activities in partnership with media and SEO agencies
  • Brainstorm new & creative growth strategies in line with market trends
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate consumers to purchase across EDM & Paid Campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROAS and CPA targets; drawing clear actionable insights from analysis
  • Identify trends, create insights & optimize spend and performance in partnership with our agency based off these findings.
  • Analyze consumer patterns and performance to understand the effectiveness and detailed performance of each campaign.
Skills and Experience
  • A proven track record within Digital Marketing and striving for an exciting new challenge
  • Key understanding and implementing across Paid Search, Social & eCommerce strategies 
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
  • A strong passion for working within a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills are an absolute must in this fun and fast paced role.
  • An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
  • A caring and positive attitude/mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives
