Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Coordination: Support planning initiatives, ensuring strategic and operational objectives are effectively communicated and implemented across the business.
- Board & Governance Support: Assist in the preparation of board and sub-committee papers, working closely with the Chairman and Company Secretary.
- Investment & Project Support: Provide administrative support for potential investment opportunities and strategic projects.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between executives and key stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Executive Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, inbox, correspondence, meetings, and appointments.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Organise travel arrangements for executives and facilitate schedules for visiting investors and clients.
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Brisbane office while ensuring administrative cohesion across all office locations.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the organisation, prioritising communication and fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior Executive Assistant supporting CEOs or C-suite executives in complex, multi-faceted organisations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate challenges and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Commercial acumen and a keen interest in business strategy and corporate success.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities across strategic, operational, and administrative functions.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office management systems, ERPs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
