An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a well-established professional services firm in the Sydney CBD. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, thrives on variety, and is confident managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to a group of Partners and Directors. From managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings to assisting with documentation, events, and travel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and inbox management for multiple stakeholders
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and events
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with recruitment-related administration and onboarding
  • Supporting expense processing, IT coordination, and ad hoc requests
  • Occasionally assisting with personal tasks and travel planning
  • Providing back-up support to the broader admin team when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident managing competing demands. You’ll be someone who builds strong working relationships, communicates clearly, and can anticipate what’s needed before being asked.

To be successful, you’ll have:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Team Assistant or in a similar senior admin role
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and solve problems
  • Recruitment industry experience is a plus, but not essential
