As the Executive Assistant to the Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing executive-level support across a group of senior leaders. This role requires initiative, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to senior management, including diary and inbox management
- Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and firm events, ensuring seamless logistics
- Prepare agendas, papers, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
- Arrange domestic and international travel and manage related itineraries
- Process expenses, assist with billing requirements, and maintain records
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Team Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A professional, discreet, and proactive approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and the confidence to adapt to new systems
