An exciting opportunity for an experienced and resilient Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a dynamic and fast-paced Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a growing organisation, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communication, and workflow across the business.

About the Role


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day executive operations. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported to deliver on key strategic objectives. This role requires exceptional organisation, judgement, and discretion, as you will frequently engage with the Executive Leadership Team, Board members, and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, confidential, and professional support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of actions
  • Liaise with Board members and coordinate governance documentation
  • Support the CEO with key projects, research, and strategic initiatives
  • Organise company events, executive offsites, and conferences
  • Maintain effective communication across departments and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in executive and office administration
About You

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will bring initiative and a calm approach to managing multiple priorities while maintaining absolute discretion.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum five years’ experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in Board and governance administration is highly regarded
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing or similar sectors is advantageous
