A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO and Board within a high-performing, ASX-listed corporate environment. This role is ideal for a polished EA with exceptional organisational skills, board governance knowledge, and the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
This is not a traditional EA role — you will be the right hand to a dynamic CEO while also managing board and governance responsibilities. Your ability to balance strategic priorities with meticulous attention to detail will be key to success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full executive support to the CEO: diary, travel, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate Board and Committee calendars, meetings, and logistics
- Prepare and distribute Board packs, presentations, minutes, and confidential documents
- Liaise with Directors, senior executives, analysts, and investors on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with the organisation of key corporate events such as the AGM, investor presentations, and leadership offsites
- Provide ad hoc support to the Company Secretary and CFO in governance and reporting matters
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, ideally within an ASX-listed or highly regulated organisation
- Proven experience supporting a Board or Company Secretary
- High-level written communication and document preparation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly discreet, professional, and confident in dealing with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with board portals (e.g., Diligent) is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or similar are highly regarded
- Work closely with a high-calibre leadership team in a respected corporate environment
