Our client, a dynamic and growing retail business, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a high-level role for someone highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact.
About the Role:
As the right hand to the CEO, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and take ownership of critical projects. You’ll be key to ensuring seamless operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and board materials.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Lead special projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Support the CEO with personal scheduling and ad hoc priorities as required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a CEO/Founder, preferably in retail or a fast-moving industry.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Discreet, professional, and confident in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Work closely with a visionary CEO in a growing retail business.
