The Role
Reporting to the CEO and CFO, the Executive Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations. This position manages high-level coordination, executive support, and the annual cycle of strategic and operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive diary, travel, and expense management for the CEO and CFOO.
- Coordinating key meetings, events, and communications across the business.
- Managing executive governance forums including leadership meetings, WHS Committee, and Brand & Innovation Council.
- Overseeing office management, procurement, and budgets for the Sydney site.
- Supporting new business integrations and ensuring smooth onboarding of acquired entities.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between the executive team and internal stakeholders across ANZ.
You’re a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant or Office Administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll be comfortable working at pace, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining discretion at all times.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in a similar senior EA or Executive Office role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, with experience managing complex calendars and events.
- A confident, hands-on approach with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods environments will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
