- Promoting Energy products and services to potential and existing clients whilst adhering to campaign specific productivity benchmarks, including data capture requirements, work time and sales / referrals conversion rates.
- Maintain data integrity of customer information through the sales process, providing detail for all call interaction outcomes and competitor insights by accurately entering data into Salesboard
- Build sales pipeline and follow up with customer to close sale.
- Provide a positive customer experience to new & existing customers by ensuring sales are followed through responding and taking ownership of sales enquiries
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales (face-to-face preferable)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professionalism
- Key Stakeholder management, dealing with different areas of the business who have different priorities
- Influence key stakeholders to drive change and challenge current methodologies
