Position Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable duties 
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Process daily bank transactions
  • Process customer payments and accurately allocate to relevant accounts
  • Assisting with the weekly payroll for 60 employees
  • Overseeing Customer Support function
  • Managing OH&S and HR Files
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Provide support to the Managing Director where required and other adhoc administrative office duties 
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar Finance and Administration position 
  • Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of service
  • Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively 
  • High level customer services skills and ability to build positive working relationships 
  • Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task
