What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial and operational data related to loyalty programs and rewards initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and reporting needs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for rewards programs.
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new processes or tools.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved financial insight.
- Experienced Business Analyst or Financial Analyst with exposure to finance and data-driven projects (retail, consumer, or loyalty programs highly regarded).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communicator who thrives on collaborating across finance, marketing, and technology teams.
- Passionate about using finance and data insights to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
