The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll be embedded within the divisional leadership team. Reporting to the Divisional GM and working alongside the national finance function, your role will be central to driving insight, financial discipline, and business performance.
Core responsibilities include:
- Coordinating forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
- Delivering accurate, insightful reporting and variance analysis
- Building dashboards and models to inform key commercial decisions
- Supporting tenders, investment reviews, and operational projects
- Driving accountability across the division through clear financial metrics
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and data quality
- Acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor to senior leadership
You’re a collaborative and commercially sharp finance professional with a hands-on mindset. You understand how to translate numbers into actions and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, operational business.
Your background likely includes:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Proven experience in business partnering, commercial finance, or FP&A
- Sector exposure in industrial services, infrastructure, or related industries
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to business challenges
