The Role | Reporting to the Commercial Manager
Be accountable for the following:
- Supporting decision making through outstanding business partnering and the use of simplified, fact based, analytical insights and robust reporting methods.
- Driving effective pricing, promotion and value adding initiatives.
- Production of the full Trading IBP forecasting process, full P&L & budget process.
- Building a high performance relationship that focuses on continuous improvement and outcomes.
- Tableau and BI improvement
- Prepare models to support and drive timely completion of IBP rolling forecasts, quarterly forecasts and the annual operating plan.
- Support the production & supply chain function with yield variance, pig price variance & packaging variance analysis & reporting.
- Ensure new products are costed accurately to support NPD & their product launches.
- Drive the accuracy and integrity of reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual), including any leadership

CPA / CA qualified, you will have prior experience within a product-based (e.g. retail, FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, manufacturing) organisation or Big4/mid-tier accounting firm with relevant industry exposure.
You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the capability required to explain the story behind the numbers to non-finance stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
