This well-established FMCG manufacturing business is a recognised name within its category, supplying high-volume products into major retail and distribution channels across Australia.
This is a true operations-focused Finance Business Partnering role, sitting close to manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. You will partner with site leadership to drive cost efficiencies, improve margins and provide real-time insights that support decision-making on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations, Production and Supply Chain leaders to drive performance across manufacturing and distribution
- Analyse and report on COGS, labour, waste, yield and inventory movements
- Deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency, margins and plant performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts for the manufacturing site
- Lead variance analysis across production volumes, cost drivers and operational KPIs
- Assist with capital expenditure analysis, business cases and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with site teams onsite, building strong relationships across production and leadership
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner within FMCG or manufacturing environments (essential)
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience working closely with operations, plant managers or supply chain teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence non-finance teams
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working 5 days onsite in a fast-paced production environment
- A salary of up to $130,000 + super
