The successful candidate will lead the development and improvement of commercial reporting that supports senior executive decision-making. This role is pivotal in driving the FP&A strategy across the group, managing delivery through planned acquisitions over the next 12–18 months, and ensuring robust financial governance.
Stakeholder engagement—both internal and external—is essential to guarantee timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also play a hands-on role during integration phases, transitioning responsibilities to business-as-usual owners upon completion.. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the group’s FP&A strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage FP&A delivery through acquisitions and integration projects.
- Own monthly reporting processes, managing deadlines and providing variance analysis.
- Feed back analysis results to operational teams, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation.
- Identify risks, underperformance, and opportunities; collaborate across the business to mitigate or capitalize on these.
- Ensure financial governance systems are fit for purpose and monitor adherence to frameworks.
- Document and redesign remuneration calculation processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
- Develop advanced models for performance-related incentive calculations and partner with Business Improvement teams to automate data capture.
- Support budgeting and forecasting of Radiologist costs, ensuring alignment with revenue and volume assumptions.
- Coordinate internal reviews of incentive and billing calculations and ensure accurate accruals in monthly reports.
- Work closely with management to design strategy, service, and delivery, demonstrating insight and knowledge of market drivers.
CA or CPA qualified, this role demands excellent communication skills, proven stakeholder management experience and a desire to improve existing analysis tools and reporting. The successful candidate will have proven Finance Business Partnering experience gained in a medium to large corporate ideally within a fast faced environment.
