With a strong domestic and international client base alongside a brand new state of the art site in Melbourne’s South East suburbs, the business is looking to bring on an exceptional Finance Director to drive commercial outcomes with the senior leadership team. 

In this key leadership role for the ANZ region, you will lead and mentor a small team, ensuring timely and accurate statutory reporting, robust controls and commercial insights to support key leaders across the business and their decision-making. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and will play a key role in strategic planning. You and your team will question and challenge your key business partners in order to drive operational and financial performance for the region.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate expertise in finance leadership and display an in-depth understanding of finance manufacturing. You will be CA/CPA qualified, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
