With their headquarters based in Geelong, an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller has arisen to help deliver the organisations strategic goals.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, and managing a large team, this hands on role will be responsible for the management of a full scope finance function. You will be a key player in the delivery of all internal and external reporting requirements. You will be expected to identify and lead a number of business process improvement projects also.
The candidate
CA/CPA qualified you will be an experienced and technically strong Finance Manager/Controller. You possess strong leadership and management experience and the ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant process improvement. Working with a strong set of values you will have a positive attitude that views problems as learning opportunities rather than obstacles that cannot be overcome.
