Reporting to the Regional Controller - APAC, the Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, in addition to identifying process improvement opportunities and partnering closely with stakeholders and executives in various ad-hoc projects
Key Duties
- Lead a team of highly capable financial accountants as well as play a key mentoring role within the AP/AR team
- Development and maintenance of management reporting systems including budgets, costings, job profitability, KPI’s, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
- Supporting the general manager and other team members in analysing financial reports
- Management and integrity of general ledger
- Compliance with all tax and other regulations
- Treasury
- Liaising with external accountants
- Overseeing IT systems
- Previous exposure to a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computers/IT
- CPA/ CA Qualification
- Mature outlook and experience assisting with mediation / conflict resolution
