The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive the payroll process for the business
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in financial management.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounting standards, reporting, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded.
