Key responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise fleet operating and administration costs to improve utilisation and reduce overheads
- Manage banking relationships, treasury, and cashflow activities
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision making
- Partner with leadership on projects, capital expenditure, and ad hoc analysis
You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience managing costs in a dynamic business environment. You will bring:
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
- Solid experience in financial management, with exposure to fleet, treasury, or asset administration highly regarded
- Strong hands-on capability across cashflow, reporting, and financial operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability
