Having grown organically they are seeking a second mover from chartered who is looking to step into a role that will manage a team of 6, great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills.
Reporting to the Director - Finance & Administration your role will be responsible for the Reporting & Treasury Team (6) which will include the overseeing of the following responsibilities and the ability to be also very hands on:
- Complete all the reporting requirements;
- Prepare financial and adhoc reports and analysis as required;
- Reconcile General Ledger Balance Sheets accounts on a monthly basis
- Perform daily and month end accounting acitivites
- Review P&L
- Assist team in fulfilling requirements for audit and compliance
- Perform system updates
Skills & Experience:
Ideally you will be CA qualified and have had training from one of the Big 4 Chartered Firms, with this being your second role out of Chartered, however a capable CPA qualified candidate with a strong Financial Accounting background with management experience within a large global company ideally from Retail or FMCG would also be suitable. You will have managed small to medium teams with a strong focus around reporting and cashflow, your leadership, communication and your ability to influence will definitely make you an asset to the organisation.
