The responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Finance manager, this will be a crucial role to the team whereby the main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Ensure the key deliverables in the financial control team are met
• Provide training and guidance to financial accountants 
• Assist with preparation of statutory accounts and facilitate provision of audit
• Assist with preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecast of balance sheet and cash flow for the group
• Provide support and accounting treatment advice on projects as required
• Provide analysis and advice to key stakeholders to support decision making

Skills & Experience Required
• CA or CPA Qualified in Australia
• Prior experience in similar role (min 5 years experience)
• Experience managing a team
• Experience in interpreting and communicating technical accounting issues under AIFRS
• Advanced communication and excel skills
• Thrive working under pressure with tight deadlines
