Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a capable finance team
• Own financial operations, reporting, compliance, and audit readiness
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
• Lead process improvements and risk management
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business direction
• Owning financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness
• Partnering with execs to shape business strategy
• Driving automation and insights with Power BI and advanced Excel
• Managing treasury, banking relationships, and cash flow forecasting

What you will bring:

• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years in a senior finance role
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills to turn data into action
