In this key leadership role, you will support an impressive Chief Financial Officer and will provide strategic and operational insights and advisory services to support business performance.
  
In addition, you and your team will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Oversee the budgeting & forecasting process ensuring key drivers and sensitivities are detailed and understood
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities
• Partner business units to challenge assumptions, provide financial analysis and advisory services
• Manage and lead the audit process
• Lead, mentor & develop a team
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly

To excel in this opportunity, it’s imperative you possess in-depth technical capabilities as well as demonstrating high levels of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). It’s likely you commenced your career within a chartered firm (Big 4 or mid-tier) and have demonstrated expertise within a large & complex environment. Managers or Senior Managers from chartered looking to take their first step into commerce would also be considered. You will be inquisitive and commercially minded and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
