In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for the financial control and balance sheet management of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Balance sheet oversight, control, and management
- Monthly management reporting
- Statutory reporting and compliance
- Cashflow reporting
- Audit liaison
- Leading and managing a team of 8+ people
- Commentary on financial reports to assist in decision-support
- Ad hoc project work, including ongoing process improvement
As the successful candidate, you will be CA / CPA qualified and have extensive experience in managing the balance sheet of a business. You are currently managing a team of both qualified and non-qualified accounting professionals. You lead through energy, empathy and a commitment to your teams learning and development.
