This is a key leadership role looking after the finance function reporting to a well-regarded CFO. You will be hands-on, responsible for the overall financial management of the organisation from a reporting, fp&a, financial management and analytics perspective. Duties
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Own the end-to-end finance function
- Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Coordinate and manage external audits
- Responsible for AP/AR across the business
- Drive process improvement by automation of manual tasks
- CA / CPA Qualified
- Experience within the mining or resources sector as well as Joint Venture accounting will be considered highly advantageous
- Hands-on professional with management level experience
- Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Confidence to lead a finance function with great energy
- Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
