We are partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager for an initial 6-month contract. This is a high-impact role focused on financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance insights within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This opportunity will suit a hands-on finance professional who thrives in building robust financial models, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving data-led decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior leadership
- Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to support strategic decision making
- Build and enhance dashboard reporting and KPI tracking (Power BI / Excel)
- Support cashflow forecasting, working capital analysis, and scenario modelling
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiencies
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and investment decisions
- CA/CPA qualified with 7-8 years' of experience within FP&A
- Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch
- Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI / data visualisation tools highly regarded
- Exposure to SAP4HANA ideal
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a commercial mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver to tight deadlines
