Reporting to the EGM of Supply Chain, the GM Finance will be responsible for: 
  • Lead and Develop Talent: Build a high-performing finance team with strong accountability, technical excellence, and leadership capability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Supply Chain and broader finance function.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Own divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting. Collaborate with group finance and Centres of Excellence to identify risks, opportunities, and financial impacts across the supply chain.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Work closely with the Supply Chain leadership team to support data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes.
  • Integrate Finance Functions: Connect the Supply Chain with central finance teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc.) to ensure alignment, efficiency, and value delivery across cyclical finance activities.
  • Plan and Forecast: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Supply Chain, supporting strategic project investment and performance tracking.
  • Month-End and Capital Oversight: Oversee month-end processes, working capital targets, and CAPEX planning, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and governance frameworks.
  • Deliver Insights: Conduct detailed analysis on profitability, pricing, productivity, and asset utilisation. Produce monthly management reports with actionable insights.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP and the successful applicant will be: 
  • 10+ years’ leadership in finance, supply chain, or procurement—ideally in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Proven success in strategic planning, S&OP, and financial analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change management, process excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level influence.
  • Experience leading transformation and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience in the implementation, optimisation and change projects
  • Proven experience in shaping strategy while building strength in supply chain capabilities.
  • Proven experience in pricing and negotiation, sounds understanding of management accounting
