About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Engineer to join the team on a 3-month internship, with the potential for extension. Reporting to the Project Engineer and working closely with senior engineers, you will support a wide range of design, documentation, and quality assurance activities while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of project drawings, reports, and technical documentation
- Contribute to concept designs, P&IDs, and detailed manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- Support the management of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and purchasing activities
- Participate in audits, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives alongside senior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
