About the role
Working within a multi billion dollar global company, this role is ideal for an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in their career. Taking a hands-on approach, you will provide support for both financial and management reporting of the group and assist in tax needs in the finance team. Other duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements
- Prepare group consolidated result and communicate with senior management
- Coordination and preparation of statutory consolidation at Full Year End and Half Year End.
- Liaising with Business Partners and Key Senior Stakeholders
- Continuous improvement and streamlining of processes and systems to promote improved control and reporting efficiency.
- Preparation and completion of Month End Packs and Reports for both local and international reporting requirements
- Management of interest, payments/drawdown, withholding tax, interest capitalization, counterparty agreement
- Ad hoc reporting
- CA qualified
- Big 4/ mid-tier experience pivotal
- Experience in property or construction is desired
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- $90,000 - $120,000 + Super
