The Role
- Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end close at group level.
- Ownership of group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
- Oversight of treasury, cashflow forecasting, banking relationships and covenant compliance.
- Ensuring strong internal controls, financial governance and statutory compliance.
- Leading and developing a capable finance team of 3 direct reports and 8–10 indirect reports across the wider finance function.
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, processes and systems.
- Acting as a trusted finance partner to the executive and broader leadership team.
You are an experienced senior finance leader with a strong grounding in group reporting and consolidation within a multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical accounting capability with a commercial mindset.
- Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation (essential).
- Experience overseeing treasury and cashflow at group level.
- Demonstrated people leadership capability within medium to large finance teams.
- Background in manufacturing or complex operational environments.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Able to accomodate a fully onsite work arrangement (5 days per week) for the first six months with flexibility provided there after.
- Up to $220k + Super
