Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the Group Planning & Reporting manager will be responsible for:
- Interpret operating results, identify Group or Business Unit improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions
- Pro-actively produce and continuously improve financial information for the Group or Business Units, for use in business decision making
- Facilitate Group-wide planning processes
- Facilitate Group-wide financial performance reporting process
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team that provide financial and analytical support to both the Business Unit Finance teams and to the Group Finance function; includes embedding a culture of service delivery, innovation and continuous improvement throughout the team
- Facilitate the preparation of the quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting packages and presentations
- Degree qualified (Business, Commerce)
- CA/CPA qualified
- 7+ years’ experience in financial and management accounting
- Experience with financial planning and reporting processes in a large organisation (preferably multi-national)
- Proven ability to provide timely and accurate financial analysis
- Demonstrated people leadership
