About the role
Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Experience, this is a newly created role where you will look after all customer experience and engagement activities. You will have a small team of 4 reporting into you and your leadership is style is one of support and inclusion whilst setting high standards and being customer obsessed! You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital experience across our products.
You will also do the following:
- Play a key role in driving the strategy, shaping the team and scaling both our ambition & delivery of engaging customer experiences that create value for both business and customer
- Drive customer engagement and lead generation through delivering seamless customer experience design and content strategies that excel
- Lead the company’s voice of customer programs to ensure we are continuously listening to and responding to the voice of our customers
- Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers. Providing design direction and developing a design frameworks
- Proven Experience in Digital organisations with a track record of improving the Customer Experience. You will more than likely come from a large complex organisation across B2C Services such as Financial Services, Telco, Fintech, Retail, Utilities, Insurance and Entertainment
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive revenue growth
- Experience in a senior position managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience collaborating across senior leadership teams to deliver customer enhancement programs
- Deep experience and knowledge in digital design both UX and UI, research and HCD methodologies.
- Experience with design systems both creation and governance
- Expertise in digital content strategy, search and implementation
